Mac Agent failing

We have the RALUS agent for Mac installed on a 10.5.6 Server (PPC) and communicating with a Backup Exec 11d server on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

On several Mac servers, the backup runs fine, but on this particular one it will get to around 8% and then just stall.

I tried following the debug procedures from http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/292383.htm and the console produced the following and the agent exited when the job was at 8% (I can capture much farther back in the log, but this seems to be the last file it tried working on).

Any suggestions?
