Mac agent 11d not backing up the volumes folder

When I set the new 11d mac\unix agent to backup folders under the "Volumes" folder of the Macintosh Systems the folders are NOT backed up. The folders are viewable and set to back up but the VOLUMES folder is skipped when he backup is run.

Is there a way to include the Volumes folder and subfolders when running the backup on Mac systems?

Other folders not in VOLUMES do backup fine.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

This is a known issue with the 11d Macintosh agent. For proper tracking, you should call in and log a case with technical support. They will keep you up-to-date with the status of the issue.

Do you guys have an ETA on this???? As far as tech support they cannot get this to work. We have 400GB of data on an Apple Raid device mounted on an Xserve and it cannot be backed up due to this "flaw". I am stuck using the legacy client for now but, it would be nice if you guys could give us an update. Thanks
