Mailbox not backuped

Hi guys,

I've got an issue with the backup of Exchange mail box.

The backup server is win2003 and the remote exchange agent is on win2000 server.

I run BackupExec 10.0

Only 5th on 40th mailbox are backuped. Their is no log information even in the BackupExec nor in the both server. When I run the restore fonction i can see only 5 mailbox...

I went throught the forum, the troubleshooting knowledge based and found nothing to help, is some one has an idea?

Does the backup job shows successful or are there any exceptions or errors in the job log ?

What is the version of Exchange and also of Backup Exec ?

Since when you are having this issue ?

Have you tried backing up on the mailboxes ? If not then please try.
