Hi Limm,
Couple of things you can try:
1. Manually stop the RAWS agent and run the installation;
2. Check any AV installed on that server, and stop/disable the services before trying the installation again.

Hi Craig,
I tried stopping the remote agent under services.msc and close the remote agent ultility. No antivirus installed yet cos is a new server. Any more solutions?

Yes I did. The update for remote server is copied out from the BE server after patching. Thanks.

As for http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH125504, I will give it a try. Mm.. but how come I do not need to turn of UAC when I installed remote agent manually on this server? This is just a patch and I have some many problem with it.
