Hi,
we have an issue with Backup Exec 2012.
Intermittently the backup disk goes offline and hence the backup job does not finish and comes up with errors. Errors below.
At the end of the day we switch the disk back online, no issues, and the backup job completes.
We now have to check every morning if the disk is online. Most days it is not.
Can you let us know the how to remedy this situation?
thanks,
arvi
The disk is offline.
This is typically caused by the folder becoming inaccessible due to it being deleted, renamed, or unshared. It may also be caused by a disk full condition. The folder state has been set to offline. Please attend to this condition. Additional detail may be found in the Event Viewer - Application Log.

You might also want to get hold of B2Dtest.exe and run it against the B2D to see if there are any issues that are reported.
Thanks!
