Please help how to aviod media ejection once backup job is failed or Backup Exec services was restarted.

Is there any Alert posted?  Any Event Log entries?

Do all your jobs use the same media set?

We are using same media set for Daily Backup Job and we dotn get any alert for same.

And if you re-insert the same tape does the job start, or do you need to use a new tape?

if a job ends successfully, does the next job run OK?

Open job properties, go to the Device and Media option and uncheck "Eject Media after job complets" check box.
