Media used for backup

We have a client with a 16 tape auto loader. The backup log only lists the last tape used in the backup. Full backups are using 3 tapes. How can I let them know which tapes to remove after the full backups?
They are not very computer literate, so if their is some type of auto generated report I could email them that would be great, I just can't seem to find an easy way to inform them about this.

Hello,
You could label the tapes in backup exec and physically as per the backup for which they are being used. Please go through the admin guide for all reports available to you.
