Message is Corrupt & 12800 error in application log

BE 9.1 occasionally throws an error during a mailbox backup to say that a large message (approx 75 mb) in Exchange 2003 is corrupt and also causes an IS 12800 memory is fragmented error in the servers application log.

Can any one shed any light on the situation?

Hi,

-Explain and give the exact error while backingup Exchange Files
-Try taking seperate backups of Mailbox Store and IS
-Stop Anti-Virus services if running while backup
-Is AOFO option activated while Exchange backup?
