Dear All,
We are having a backup media server with Windows 2003 SP2 (without R2) running Symantec backup exec 2010 R3. I want to mirgate it to new meida server with widows 2012 R2 running Syamntec backup exec 2014
As pe the backupe exec, the best procedure is to upgrade the existing backup exec to 2014 and then migrate it to another server with backup exec 2014
1. I cannot upgrade the exisiting backupe xec 2010 to 2014 because backup exec 2014 is not compatible on Windows 2003 SP2 (Without R2)
2. The host name of the server will be changed to new name
Appricate your quick response.
Thanks you

If you can recreate the backup jobs and configuration settings, then it may be simpler to start anew with BE 15 on the new OS.
Else, upgrade the server OS first to R2, upgrade BE to 2014 and then move the BE 2014 to the new server.

I've done this before when upgrading from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2, as well as BE 2010 R2 to R3.
You have to upgrade the OS first, and then BE, and then transfer BE to the new server as per the TN below:

Before ANY upgrade, stop the BE services and grab copies of the Data/Catalogs folders to allow for some sort of rollback.
Thanks!

Thanks for the update.
Is there any possibility to use BEMIG and upgrade it to backup exec 2014 running on Windows 2012

You can follow this KB article instead for the manual upgrade process using bemig - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH67296.html
Do keep a copy of the existing Data and Catalog folders prior to following the above steps. Lastly, running an automated upgrade is better than bemig since you can actually see in the UI how the upgrade changes the existing jobs.

Dear VJware,
Thanks you for the article. But in our case we cannot install backup exec 2010 on window server 2012 R2

That's right. BE 2010 cannot be installed on Win 2012 R2, though I was suggesting an OS upgrade followed by a BE upgrade as the preferred method over using bemig.
