I'm a new Network Tech trying to figure out why the monthly back does not complete. The back up started at 9 last night and almost 12 hours later it is still running. The byte count has not changed since I started monitoring it this morning. Yesterday we stopped the bnack up services and restarted the back up and rescheduled it to run.
After doing some more research it appears that the back up is getting stuck on the system state of one of our servers. Even though the clock continues to run there are no files being backed up.
