Move BE9 to another disk

Hi,

I've a Windows 2000 server with a Backup Exec 9 build 4367 installed in c: drive.

Now my c: drive it's full.
The Backup Exec folder it's 1GB.
I've another disk, in that server, I want to move my c: installation in d: .

What are the steps to move this installation?
