Multiple problems with DLO Agent.

We upgraded to 11d about a month ago.  Since then, some of our employees have been experiencing various problems with the DLO Agent running on their PCs.  It seems to happen only to people using a custom schedule for running their backups (for example, setting their backup to run every night at 9:00 PM, or setting their backup to run every two hours).  None of these employees shuts off their PC at night . . . they just log off.
 
1. Even though the job has run, nothing shows up under History.  (And, in fact, the folder specified in Options | Backup Folders | Local user data folder, is empty.)  However, when they select Run Job Now, the results of that run DOES show up.
 
2. When they log on in the morning, there are hundreds (in one person's case, almost 8,000!) Pending Files under Status.  Most of these files hadn't been modified by the user in ages.
 
3. One employee gets the BSOD if her job runs while the CrypKey service is running.  This is supposedly a known issue (see article #278915), but this isn't happening to another user who also has this service running.
 
Can anyone shed some light on these problems?
