NAS backup

Greetings.....I have a system running Server2003 on one domain with BE 2010, trying to create a backup-to-disk on a NAS on another domain.  (it's 911 phone system, thus on it's own domain).  Is this even possible?  I have a domain user setup in Logon Account management and setup as default, but is this just to start the service or to login to remote systems?  I keep getting an 'access denied' error whenever attempting to setup a backup to the remote location.  I've already looked through various posts, but am trying to traverse domains....I haven't seen any posts trying this.....

Any ideas?

Thansk!  Jon

I can understand why the phone system needs to be in another domain, but why can't the NAS be moved to the same domain as the media server?

If possible on your NAS box give Full Administrative Rights to the account that is used for the backups (the account from the domain where Backup Exec is installed).

Thanks,
