Need advice restoring an Outlook Note.

Currently running Windows 2K3 Server, Exchange 2K3, fully patched. Backup Exec 10d rev 5629 installed.

I have a user that changed the contents of an Outlook Note, now I need to restore from a previous full backup that Note. I have found it on that full backup tape. I am looking for the easiest way, that might avoid direct restore to the Exchange database. Can I possibly restore this note to a .msg file in a redirected folder? Looking for some options, they would appreciated.

Use exchange recovery storage group for restoration. and than use exmerge utility to merge the notes to live mailbox.
