Need to back up print server/ unsure what to backup to retain all info

I have an app/print server that I am backing up. However I am unsure what files etc need to be backed up to make sure I can restore back to a new print server and have all the printer info replaced.

Unless you have any additional data on the server then I'd suggest you need to backup the entire server, most importantly including the system state information, which will then include all the driver information, programs, registry entries and any local user information.
