New Backup Drive Isn't Recognized by Backup Exec 9.0

Hi,

I have Backup Exec version 9.0 and recently replaced my old Seagate dat drive with a new Quantum DLT-V4.  I couldn't get Backup Exec to recognize this drive.  Is this new drive compatible with Backup Exec 9.0 or is there another thing I should try to get this drive recognized by Backup Exec.

Does Windows Device Manager see it?

Can NTBackup see and access it?
