New Quantum DLT bundeled with backup exec 10

My client just purchased a new drive for their backup a DLT drive, was going to be a Certance drive with tapeware but it arrieved a Quantum drive with backup exec 10 with Activation number: QTM-P1-105-PR-120078
Reference Code: 11496, but even after registration a 4 weeks ago we received nothing in the way of a serial number to finalize the install, they now have 21 day's till the eval version expires. why does no one know what where talking about, and why is it so difficult to get what was promissed with the drive?
