New job wizard issue on BE2010 R2

when i am clicking new job using wizard on symantec backup exec2010 r2 for creating new job, it takes so long time for responding the wizard, so its inconvient to work on that situation. have u any solution on this purpose.

if i click new job without wizard, it works fine

If you are familiar with the procedure, you don't have to use the wizard to create a new job.  I disabled mine.

Actually job without wizard is always best practisce to use as it gives you customized option on one screen to edit different option with with Wizard you can cannot see all option on one single window

 

so I will normally go without wizard

Where exactly is it taking a long time?

Is your BE installation up-to-date with patches too?
