Within the past week (no changes to server) BE 12.5 showed no devices in the devices tab. When attempting to recreate the backup to disk folders the following error is given: General Access Denied error. Found a thread indicating issues with credentials. Stopped the BE services. Reset the server credentials to the domain administrator account. Restarted BE services and opened management console. No devices show. What else could be causing this issue?
We do not have any idea what is stopping the service account. Please run sgmon.exe http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/190979.htm and try to recreate the backup to disk foldersand upload the job logs.
