No Drives listed for one server

I have one server out of about 20 that I am backing up that has a strange problem. There are no drives listed in the selection list for it, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the agent, I have tried diffrent logins, but nothing works. I have another server with the exact same config as this one that works just fine. Any ideas?

Is the BackupExec RemoteAgent service started and running?

Any firewalls/routers between the media server and the problem server?

Are Admin Shares enabled on the problem computer?

If you logon to the media server, can you map an admin share as the BackupExec service account?  as a domain admin?

Only think I can think of would be to "publish" that agent to your media server

See the Admin Guide, page  892

Yeah, have tried that too.... I am at a complete loss for what the problem could be. Have been pounding on it for a week with no progress so I figure today I am going to start looking at the network and maybe hook up directly from the backup server to this server and see if I get anything diffrent.
