No Elasped Time - Backup Completese

Hi - I'm using Veritas v9.00 - Rev 4494. Every once in a great while, the backup will showup as Failed, and there is no elasped time - but the byte count is correct and looks like all the files backed up properly.

Under Job Completion Status - It says Canceled by service shutdown.

Under Erros - It says The media operation was terminated by the user. Canceled by service shutdown.

Yet - the backup works fine most days and no one cancelled the backup.
