hi,
i'm running BUE 12 rev 1364 sp1 on windows server 2003 sp2. i need to send snmp traps to another server, i've followed the Help guide which says to:
From the Tools menu, click Recipients.
Click New.
Click SNMP Trap.
Click OK.
very simple, except that i've all the options (person, net send, printer, group) but SNMP TRAP!!!
Microsoft SNMP Service and SNMP Trap were already running before BUE installation. BTW these services are working fine as i'm already monitoring other programs/services.
Please i really need some help.
