OFO errors on all successful jobs - how do I correct?

I am getting the following exceptions on every backup job. How serious an error is this and how do I correct?

OFO: Initialization failure on: "C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Veritas Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP).
OFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time window for physical volume.
Backup - C: Unable to open the item C:\WINNT\system32\dhcp\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINNT\system32\wins\winstmp.mdb - skipped.
Backup - D: Unable to open the item D:\Program Files\Network Associates\McAfee GroupShield\McAfee GroupShield\bin\eServices\eSQEA3UF - skipped.

I have read and applied the suggested solutions with now success for the following support documents. http://support.veritas.com/docs/194940
http://support.veritas.com/docs/263602

Please advise.

Hello,

Backup operations fail with the error "OFO: Initialization failure on: "\\SERVER\C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Yes".
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/256078.htm

These files are skipped because VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) has attempted to back up these files which were in use by another application or user.
If Backup Exec Advance Open File Option is not installed then files which are in use gets skip.

The DHCP databases are skipped during normal file level backup because these databases are open. The configuration information of these databases is stored in System State portion but the actual database is stored in the respective files created for these databases.
Therefore, to completely backup these databases System state as well as the respective databases should be backed up. System State can be backed up in Backup Exec.
Refer to the following articles on Microsoft support web site to backup DHCP databases:
DHCP backup:
(Please copy and paste the entire URL's in web browser) -
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=173396
- http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/
prodtechnol/windowsnetserver/proddocs/server/sag_DHCP_und_DatabaseBackup.asp
WINS backup: -
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/en/server/help/default.asp?url=/
windows2000/en/server/help/sag_WINS_pro_BackupDatabase.htm
The DHCP database can be backed up by selecting "WINNT\system32\DHCP" folder in backup selections. As long as this directory is included in the normal backups, the information from DHCP.mdb is being backed up.

Please refer the following TechNotes for DHCP backups.

These TechNote are applicable to Backup Exec for Windows servers v9.x.

Hello,

To resolve the issue follow the steps:

1. During the Ralus install specify only the host name of the Linux server instead of Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
2. Enter the host name and IP address of Backup Exec server in the /etc/hosts file on the Linux server.
Note: If there is already an entry for Backup Exec server make sure its only the host name for Backup Exec server and not Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
