Hi,
I wont to performe a full cold backup of the oracle database (Oracle Oebs 12.1.1 on oracle entreprise linux 5.4) with backup exec 2010 oracle agent , for that we run a script for a pre and post commande :
pre : we stopped all the application services (for the application server)
post : restart db and start all the application services.
we check the option on the job propreties : perform backup on offline.
Unfortunatly , we get offen the error bellow :
An attempt by Backup Exec to change the state of the database timed out. For details, refer to the Database Script output section in the job log. Contact your database administrator to change the state of the database.
What is your recommandations?
