Once for all... backup up Exchange 2007 SP1 using BE 12.5

Hi Guys, sorry if this question seems to be posted 1 thousand times but... if i backup two exchange 2007 server (one is the mail store server, the other is the hub/cas) which are the selections to do, in order to perform a safe GRT recovery or a full DR restore?

I'm not asking the details, i found pages and pages about that, just want to be sure about what i have to select in the SELECTIONS menu.
Surely:

--> on the mailbox store server, all the storage groups
--> then? system state?
--> and what about the hub/cas?

The Exchange Agent is only used to protect the Information stores - other components of Exchange are protected with FIle System and System State backups (make sure your include at least one DC for the active Directory bits)
