One of three remote Agents don't work

Hey

I have installed the remote agent local on a VPN Client. - After installation I can work with the remote Agent through the console.

On one client I can't get access through the console. - I have disabled the Firewall, but don't getting access.

What can be the problem?

The error on the server is:

Fehler beim Zugriff auf *****-PC
Anmeldekonto: ******\Administrator

Das Verzeichnis bzw. die Datei wurde nicht gefunden, oder der Zugriff ist nicht möglich.

My clients are Windows Vista Business

My server: Windows 2003 SP1

Hi,

My german is rusty so I don't know that the error message is.

But have you tried copying the VPN client configuration on the computers that work to the computer that doesn't. Most VPN clients allow you to make a config file of the current setup and use that file as template to configure & install the client someplace else.

So I don't think that the VPN is the cause of the error. - Because the VPN works really fine. To my other networking programms, there are no problems. - So I don't think, that the VPN is the problem

The installation of the Remote Agent is also working fine. - In the task I can see the icon & I can use all options.

I try to translate the message:

Error with the access to *****-PC

Announcing account: *****\Administrator

The listing and/or the file was not found, or that access is not possible.
