I am fairly new to this so excuse my ignorance. I am running BackupExec11d and having a little trouble with mixed up media at the moment. So I thought I would erase the mislabled media and start again (It's a daily incremental tape so erasing it isn't a major deal). HOwever I cannot seem to erase it. I have gone through devices > selected the tape drive then when I right click for the menu erase and quick erase are greyed out. The tape is in the drive but doesn't show as online. How can i force the media to show as online when it is in the drive? ( I am assuming that when the media is online i will get the option to erase)
