Oracle problem after BEX 2010 R2 agent upgrade

Hi

I upgraded my BEX 12.5 to 2010 R2 SP1 14 days ago. The update went OK by my oracle backup fail all the time after that.

My servers first instance backup ok. But when the job goes to the next instans I get

V-79-57344-3844 - The media server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent on machine PROCDB_NEW.
Remote Agent not detected on PROCDB_NEW.

After that I get:

Backup- Oracle-Win::\\PROCDB_NEW\IFOV-79-57344-33861 - The media operation was terminated by the user.

I have another job that run every two hour to backup oracle logs. That job also failed with Remote Agent not detected.
But if I start the job manually right after a fail it run successfull.

I have also seen this error. But only on Oracle jobs.

Backup- \\PROCDB_NEW\D:Catalog Error
V-79-10000-10660 - An error was encountered writing to the on-disk catalogs.

I have no problem browsing the Oracle servers in Job preperties, View by Resource.
The same with resource credentials and Authentication Credential list.

After reboot of my Oracle servers I can see a large increase of errors.

All these jobs was OK when I ran BEX 12.5. Now I'm thinking on downgrade the agent to v12.5 for my oracle server.

After upgrading to BE 2010, did you run LiveUpdate repeatedly until there are no further hotfixes?  After this, did you push out the remote agents to all your Oracle servers?

What are the versions of Oracle that you are running?

Thanks for responding.

I changed the authentication credentials list.
I have used FQDN, but when I used IP address it have worked now for a day.
