OK, did my best to cleanup the post - It can be deleted if wanted.
ALSO: I have looked and not found such a forum for Norton Internet Security. Could you direct me to such? I'll then post my qstn there.

AFAIK, these forums (fora?) are for what Symantec considers "Enterprise Software" Norton Internet Securirty is considered Home/Home Office

The Support Forum home page ( http://forums.symantec.com/discussions/index.jspa?categoryID=1 ) certainly doesn't list it.

Guess you are limited to whatever online support you can find from http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoffice/support/index.jsp or call and open a caseMessage was edited by:
