Password prompt when editing selection list

When I go to edit a selection list, I am prompted for a colleague's password. Since I do not know this password I click cancel. The message says that since I could not edit the selection list because the password for a restricted logon account was not entered. What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?

Could this be that the selection list contains servers that use your colleagues username/password credentials to connect to them?

Hi,

With which account are you logged on to the server?

Is this account created in "network" > "logon accounts" in Backup Exec ?

If not, please create the account in "network" > "logon accounts" and try editing the selection list now.
