Patch Errors

Attempting to run patch be1364R300288_32bit_301825.exe, and am encountering this message:

Error 1328. Error applying patch to C:\Config.msi\ptacca.tmp. It has probably been updated by another means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information, contact your patch vendor.

A cursory search on Google revealed nothing specific to this product. Nor did a search of all Symantec forums.

My environment is:

Windows 2003 Standard Server. 2.8ghz Xenon, 2gb Ram.
BE 12 - Build 1364.
SEPM 11. Nothing appears in the logs.

This folder doesn't exist, but as I understand it, it is a temp folder used by the Windows Installer to drop temporary files, like those a patch might replace, and usually remove them when the installer successfully completes. It is usually save to delete this folder and it's contents when your programs are running properly.

So why doesn't your patch work?

Just continued to hit "Ignore", and I was eventually able to install the patch.
