Percentage and progress bar is still empty after turning on in Tools - Options - Preference

Hi There,

I just install 12.5. but when I run backup there is no indicator/percentage even after I turn on the above options. Please advise.

I found that when i have modified time selected with the back up on 12.5 the progress bar goes to 100%, but if I take off modified time the progress bar works.

sorry. what do u mean by "modified time selected". where is that?

What kind of job is it? a Differental or full back up, the modified time is the type of backup are creating.
