Physical Volume Library Drive not found

hello,

We are running Windows 2003 on a server, hooked up a Dell Powervault 114 and running symantec backup exec 10d.

It was running fine for weeks, but we needed to shut the server down because of work on some powerlines. Anyway, after booting the servers backup exec doesn't seem to want to work anymore. The drive is available, windows says that the thing is there.

So what is the problem ?
