I have an old server with Backup Exec 12.5 and a new one with 16. I'd like to set backup as before- starting at 1:00 on Tuesday-Saturday. Could you help me to find the option to pick the days or did this get removed between 21.5 and 16?
Possibly not obvious when you first look at the schedule section of the BE 16 job configs - but against the line that is called Recurrence use the drop down - a whole load of extra settings then become visible including the ability to choose days and then enable specific days etc
NOTE: If using a full and incremnetal or differential setup make sure you check the separate schedule sections for each job job within the overall definition
Ah, if I want to chose every working day (mon-fri), I can select reccurance by day, if I want to use tuesday-saturday, I have to chose recurrance week... not very intuitive, but I found it, big thanks!
