Please Help!!! Cannot install Backup Exec 11d

We were having trouble with backups and we came down to the conclusion that the software was corrupted.   I tried doing an uninstall but the uninstall did not work just giving me an error and no uninstall wizard.

I also tried the first method in the manual uninstall of backup exec 11d support article here at http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/287320.htm and it still did not uninstall.

So now I uninstalled the product manually following their instructions in the same article. Did that and rebooted. Then I tried to install the software and now it keeps giving me an error at the end of the install here is the error its giving me inside the error log:  Can anyone tell me whats going on here it says there is a missing msi but I can not find it anywhere...
