My backup job will not complete until I open up Backup Exec and click ok to the alert "Please remove the media from the drive." How can I tell Backup Exec to automatically click ok to this alert so my backup job will complete without user intervention?
The alert is below and occurs every 15 minutes.
Received / Responded / Responding User / Job / Category / Message
7:01 AM / 7:16 AM / ADAMM / Daily / Media Request / Please remove the media from the drive.
6:46 AM / 7:01 AM / ADAMM / Daily / Media Request / Please remove the media from the drive.
