Point in time restores

Is there a way to redirect a point in time restore? We are using Lotus Notes with transaction logging. I need to restore a database to pull a few documents and put them into the current database. I do not want to have to overwrite or remove the current database to do this.

Hello,

Backup the DataBase in it's current state.
Do a redirected, point in time restore to another database.
Point in time restore rolls back transactions up to a certain time/date and flushes transactions past that date.
