I installed the remote agent (BU Exec 10.0/Win2K3 R2) manually on a windows XP machine. The Windows Firewall is blocking veritas, I need to know what ports need to be enabled, or a workaround. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Eric
Try unblocking communication for the process beremote.exe. That should work.
If not, open the port TCP 10000 as well as those ports you specify in the media server, in the section Tools -> Options -> Network and security.
