I have Symantec Backup Exec 10d and I was using Dell Power vault 122T vs80. There was problem with device, it was not making any compression so I ask my Hardware Provider to replace this with PW 124T, Now I am trying to take backup with device, Its not making any inventory or quick erase for tape, its shows message that " The request operation is not supported" and some time other message that " Tape Dir invalid"
I am using Dell "LTO Ultrium 3" 400/800GB Data cartridge.
If any one can help, it will be really appreciated.
