Pre job command do not run

When i do a normal backup to tape job, it's run successfully. but when i put script file in "Pre/Post Command"- "Pre job command" and check "Run job only if the pre-job command is successful, the error prompt out "the job did not stat".
When i remove the pre-post command, the backup is run successful. My script function is move a centain file from 1 location to another location before i wanna do backup to tape job. When i run the pre-job command manually, my script is able to complete the task. my script is "move /y d:\backup\Database_daily\*.bkf d:\backup\AppSysDb_weekly_tape\".
Previously, i used copy command instead of move command. when i use copy command in the pre-job command, it's run successful. after i change to move command, it's just fail to start the job.
Please give a command! Thank you very much!!

Are the pre/post commands supposed to run on remote servers?

Make sure that Backup Exec services are configured to run under a user who is a member of "Domain Admins" and "Administrators" group.
You may login to the Backup Exec server using the Backup Exec Service Account and verify the results.

i only run pre/post commands on the local server.
i did follow the guide to check all the setting but the job still cannot run!
my question is i can manually run the script file successfully but when i put the script file in pre/post command, the job did not run.
how can i solve this problem??
