Problem attempting to install SP4

When trying to install SP4 on a machine running Server 2003 and Exchange 2003. I get the follow error when it says "Configuring VERITAS Backup Exec": SSL Security error ConnectionOpen (SECDoClientHandshake()). Then it rolls back and the update does not happen.

The fix worked. I opened up the certificate in the management console and exported them first then deleted them. Then I was able to install the upgrade sucessfully and then I reimported the certifcates back in.
