j'ai un probeme de creation de disque de sauvegarde

un message d'erreur The backup exec account service does not have read and write permition on the remote computer on which the network share is located

merci de m'aider a resoudre se problem

...Backup Exec's service account would require Read/Write permissions to a share in order to backup to it using a B2D.

You use the administrative function of the NAS and add the BE credential to the NAS as a local administrator with full read/write access to the entire NAS

...in services.msc in Windows you will see the BE services listed with the BE service account as DomainName\BEServiceAccount. This is the BESA...you need the password.

Log onto the NAS and add it in as above.

there is no BEservice account listed in services

You will see various Backup Exec services such as Backup Exec Device & Media service, Backup Exec server service etc. Which account do these services run under ?

they run under lbcasa\administrator or local system

When i share this folder to everyone i work

...so give only that user account R/W permissions.

As per the screenshot, the Backup Exec Server service is also running under local system account which is not recommended. Set it to run under LBCASA\administrator.

And the LBCASA\administrator account should have full control over the NAS share.
