Hello
I have some problems to back up my oracle database.
I installed BackupExec 10d (updated sp2) on a Windows 2003 Server
A oracle database 10g is installed on the same host.
I tried to back up this database but i have few problems :
-first, How to back up Oracle Database 10g with Backup Exec 10.x Agent for Oracle on Windows Servers ? (http://support.veritas.com/docs/279782)
I followed the instructions but i didn't see any file in BE in the dir {ARCHIVED LOGFILES}
but i see the tablespaces
-second, when i tried a backup of db, i have an error :
"0xe000846b - The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting to the Backup Exec for Windows Servers Remote Agent.
Make sure that the Remote Agent is installed on the target computer and is running."
i followed these intructions (http://support.veritas.com/docs/276979), but this did not resolve the problem
i have no more idea, please help
