Problem with StorageLoader 1U LTO4 and BackupExec 12.5

I have installed BackupExec 12.5 (and all service packs) on Windows 2008 server (standard). Through SAS interface I have connected StorageLoader 1U - LTO4 (Tandberg Data). I can not see any robot library drivers. The BackupExec program see this device as single LTO streamer.

Any suggestions?

Does Windows Device Manager show the medium changer?  If Windows cannot see it, then BE cannot see it.
