Hi,
Im having a problem with installing Hotfix 22 on BackupExec9.0 Build4367 with Win2000 Server SP4/ Win 2003 Server SP1. After install the hotfix, some of the server did not update the virsion and the date. This should done by ages ago but somehow until now became untouched issue. Support for the BE9 has ended so the solution for this would be much appriciate.
Operation were below
1.Install Hotfix 22 on BackupExec
2.Colect installer of the agent from the server and copied to the other server.
3.Execute SETUPAA.CMD then follow the install guide of the hotfix 22
4.Make sure that the version and the date of the file has been updated.(hotfix 21 to 22)
Ive done stop the ”performance data log” service before install but didnot work and also installing with safe mode did not work nither. Any solution for this?
