I have problems on duplicate jobs of Backup Exec 15 which shows "ready; the backup exec server that the catalog requested is not available to process this job".
I find the solution from https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100034081
"Copy updated dbnetlib.dll and sqlsrv32.dll file into \Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec folder and restart the services."
However, I do not know where the updated dbnetlib.dll and sqlsrv32.dll are.
Is the destination of "\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec folder and restart the services" in managed backup exec server? or central admin server?
"Restart the services" What are the services' names?
Anyone can help to solve the problems?
