I did download a new installer and it behaved the exact same way. Any ideas?

------------------------------ Part 1: Errorr 2755 and 1601 - problems with MSI during install
The text from the bkupinst.log reads, "DEBUG: Error 2755: Server returned unexpected error 1601 attempting to install package C:\\9.1\WINNT\INSTALL\BE\VERITAS Backup Exec For Windows Servers.msi.
The actual MSI does not seem to be corrupt - I can run it directly by itself and it gives me the proper message that setup must be run a different way. I'm downloading a new installer just in case it is corrupt.

Thanks for the reply. However, that didn't solve the problem. The actual MSI does not seem to be corrupt - I can run it directly by itself and it gives me the proper message that setup must be run a different way.
