Prompted for Admin Credentials to Backup Exec Database upon login

Hi,

I'm handing over the tape rotation duty to someone on our helpline.  They are able to Terminal Service into the server, but are prompted for the Admin credentials of the BackupExec database.

Is this a Backup Exec setting-or a windows one?

Troy,

If you go into Network - Logon Accounts, check to see if the default account is set to restricted.  If it is, uncheck that in the properties of the account.

Hi Blipsey,

I checked the Logon Accounts and it shows that the "System Logon Account" is set to "common" and not restricted. 

The system logon account is the domain administrator.  I added a test user to the local admin group and was not prompted for credentials to the "Connect to Media Server."

Any ideas?  Thank you for responding so quickly!
