Question about restoring to a RSG

Hi,

This is my first post here, so I want to apologize if this is not the right forum.

I would like to know which things I must have in consideration to restore a Exchange 2003 information store backup that was made on Backup Exec 10D and now I have Backup Exec 12.

Is possible to restore directly to a RSG of my Exchange? I have found documents that apply to older versions, but none of them are for Backup Exec 12.

You would follow the same steps that you would follow if you were restoring from 10d.  I have provided a link below to the Admin Guide.  If you look on page 1225 it discusses how to restore to a RSG.
