Im having a problem with jobs just going to a queued status straight away and then not being able to cancel the job unless the Backup Exec services are restarted.
The strange thing it only happens on jobs like label media, catalog and inventory normal scheduled backup jobs are working fine.
I have tried reinstalling the tape drive, using the symantec drivers, not using the symantec drives, updating firmware but I'm now running out of ideas on what the problem could be.
Can anyone help?
